Staff can prepare two meals a day, usually breakfast and dinner, from our menu of options. When planning for your family or group, plan for two meats and a few sides for sharing.

You can bring your own groceries, or if you need help with shopping, we can assist. Being located in the breadbasket parish of St. Elizabeth has its perks as we able to source the freshest ingredients from the farmers (traditional, organic and hydroponic ).and fisherfolk nearby.

For breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks or sweet treats, there are a number of options to eat out or order in. Here's a list of some:

• Breakfast at Dawn's Smurf's Cafe is internationally known for Jamaican favourites and her very own hand roasted coffee from the nearby Malvern mountains. (IG location)

• For breakfast and lunch, there's Hol A Vibz Cafe for salads, sandwiches and burgers.

• For baked goods like breads, baguettes, cookies, pastries, etc., there's One Loave Bakery. You can also order cheesecakes, bread pudding and cakes for special occasions from Bake My Day.

• For vegetarian and vegan only, there's Gee Whiz Vegetarian Restaurant.

• Other breakfast, lunch, dinner and dessert options include the famous pizza at Jack Sprat Restaurant plus seafood, burgers etc. (menu). Plus they have the world famous Devon House I Scream. Jakes' other restaurant has more fusion options, as well as vegetarian and vegan (menu changes daily based on what's fresh from nearby farmers and fisherfolk). There's also Lobster Pot, Lashings (menu) and Frenchman's Bay.

• For drinks and cocktails, there's the famous Dougie's Bar at Jakes, and Lashings has live music on the weekends.

• Special Dining: Just across the lane from Upful, there's the Jakes Farm to Table Dinner at Seaside every Saturday closest to full moon. Upcoming 2022 dates: June 11, July 16, August 13, October 8, November 5 and December 10. By reservation only.
